Picture My Grief Workshops.
Picture My Grief is a creative photography initiative exploring grief, loss and significant life change through photography.
We are currently gathering expressions of interest for future workshops in the Stroud area.
The first workshop will focus specifically on grief following the death of someone important to you, such as a family member, friend, partner or loved one.
Through photography, reflection and gentle discussion, participants will be invited to explore bereavement in a supportive and creative environment. No photography experience is required, and participants may use a phone or camera.
Participants will also have the option to contribute photographs to future Picture My Grief exhibitions or awareness-raising activities, anonymously or by name.
Workshops are currently in development. If you would like to hear about future opportunities, please register your interest below.
Picture My Grief is a creative photography initiative and not a therapy or bereavement counselling service. Participation does not replace professional mental health or bereavement support.
